Panzanella

Ingredients: 400 g of Tuscan bread, 4 tomatoes, 2 red onions, a few basil leaves, 1 tablespoon vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Put the bread in cold water for about fifteen minutes. Wring well and crumble it into a bowl. Add the chopped ripe tomatoes, onions and basil leaves. Season with salt, vinegar and oil.

Finally, you can enrich your panzanella with tuna, eggs, cucumbers, etc … for a summer dish really special.
